The little neighborhood around Dimora Al Doge Beato was charming. I loved discovering wonderful shops for breakfast and gelato just steps away. The lovely canal view from my room added a special touch to my stay. Sipping wine on the balcony while taking in the sights was delightful. However, I faced some challenges with air conditioning as it didn’t seem to work properly, making the room uncomfortably warm. Moving luggage up the stairs was also tough since there were no railings. These inconveniences impacted my overall comfort, but the atmosphere and location made it worthwhile.

The stay was quite challenging. It was tough to navigate the property, especially with luggage, due to the stairs and the locked entrance. The air conditioning didn't work, and the room felt uncomfortably hot. However, the location made it easy to explore major attractions like the Basilica di San Marco and the Doge's Palace, both within a short walk.

Staying here with my family and grandson was unforgettable! We loved the spacious Junior Suite with a stunning view of the canal. The location was perfect. we could catch gondola rides right outside and enjoy local eateries just steps away. Antonio's hospitality truly made us feel at home, giving us great tips for exploring Venice.

My wife says that it would be great to have better Wi-Fi for the kids.

Our stay was wonderful! The owner and family were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant just below the hotel is excellent—definitely try their octopus salad! Getting to major attractions like San Marco Square was a breeze, and we loved the beautiful canal view from our room.

Antonio and his family make you feel at home, they greeted us with Prosecco when we arrived and shared great local tips that made exploring so much easier. The room was fine and quiet, placed on a beautiful street near excellent restaurants, so we felt like we were living the Venetian life.

It was a bit pricey, but for the quality and experience, I think it's acceptable.
